Engineer Ajisafe is courteous towards everyone . How he treats others, especially those who serve him, is a great way to gauge how he is as a person.

A good and caring man who is always polite and patient towards the service staff, even if the service is subpar.
He has competencies for emotional intelligence, understanding the importance of optimism, curiosity, and self-control.
He is a great planner, who understands his roles along with taking responsibility.
Engr. Ajisafe is curious about new things, ways to solve problems, and approaching people, just as he has the courage to take the risky approaches, confidence and faith that could motivate and encourage others.
He knows how to make adjustments when needed, so that the plans and ideas can be successful.
He also believes in the power of character as well as personal integrity.
Above all, the quintessential Chemical Engineer is a good listener.
This is one of the classic qualities everyone says you must always look for in a man.
Many times, in the rush of a new relationship, we tend to forget the importance of listening. It is essential that the man you start to get close with is a good listener who also empathizes with your emotions and experiences.
When he does this, it shows that he cares about you deeply and wants to make you feel better when you share your feelings with him.
That is what Engr. Ajisafe stands for.
In an interview, the Chairman, Oyo Metropolitan Development Association, Arch Bishop Emeritus Lawrence Ayoade Ladigbolu, described Engr. Ajisafe as " a great Paramount Ruler who had a futuristic vision and knew how to turn his ideas into real-world success stories".
Bishop Ladigbolu said Engr. Ajisafe not only belief in Honesty and integrity , but lived by it, which are two important ingredients which make a good leader.
Bishop Ladigbolu who lauded the initiative of Engr. Ajisafe for the establishment of the radio station , adding that the good people of Oyo Metropolis will forever be grateful for providing a medium to ventilate their views and without running to other parts of the State to do so.
